*If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a 15% surcharge.

1. The first appointment (approx. 1 hour):  $350+tax.  

2. The following appointments:  $300+tax per hour.
